If free space on filesystem where the log lives<br \/>\ngoes below &lt;lowwater&gt;% accounting suspends. If free space gets<br \/>\nabove &lt;highwater&gt;% accounting resumes. &lt;Frequency&gt; determines<br \/>\nhow often do we check the amount of free space (value is in<br \/>\nseconds).
